Mr. Reimer, an experienced finance professional with over a decade of experience and a Chartered Accountant designation, specializes in developing and executing financial strategies using data and analytics to inform executive decisions. In his role at Torq, he oversees financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, tax compliance, and risk management, and actively participates in the company's corporate development and M&A activities.

Tracy, raised in a small Saskatchewan town with a farming and ranching background, boasts 30 years of trucking industry experience. She spent 20+ years in operational roles, covering dispatch, administration, and management, before transitioning to business development and relocating to Calgary. Tracy also played a pivotal role in her family's diverse businesses, including farming, ranching, livestock yards, an auction business, a restaurant, etc.

Kyle Van Koughnett is a seasoned professional Engineer with 18 years of infrastructure development management experience. Renowned for problem-solving, alliance-building, and leadership, he covers electrical generation (coal, gas, renewables), railroads, and heavy infrastructure. Kyle excels in guiding projects from concept to execution, managing regulatory approvals, and overseeing construction to operations commencement.
